This week’s edition of 5 Questions With… features Rich Klein. Klein has been a hobby staple since his career in the hobby officially started in 1990 at Beckett. Klein spent nearly two decades with Beckett where he was most known for his unique content including his E&V articles focusing on error and variation cards that existed in the hobby. After stepping away from Beckett to work for Bank of America for roughly five years, Rich returned to the hobby he loves and joined the team at Check Out My Cards (COMC) in January of 2017 as a Catalog Maintenance Expert.
Rich’s wife, Dena, has been struggling with a disease called focal segmented glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) for many years, which has caused chronic kidney failure. She has recently been placed on the kidney transplant list and is currently trying to find a living kidney donor. If you’d like to help Dena in her journey to recovery, you can visit her GoFundMe page here!
